St Pauls Cathedral

Tim Rose paints in oils and watercolour and his subjects range from architectural studies to portraiture. He has exhibited widely and has had paintings displayed with the Royal Watercolour Society, The Royal Institute of watercolourists, the Royal institute of oil painters and the Sunday Times watercolour competition.

He paints mostly on site or in the studio from sketches and always tries to capture the immediacy of his response to the subject. He teaches widely and runs his own courses in Derbyshire and from his studio

He has been commissioned by many major companies to produce illustrations of their premises (barclays Bank, Marks & Clerk amongst many) and his pictures have been reproduced as cards and prints by major publishers.
